Able Danger dropped a bombshell to it’s viewers and three chatrooms today; (correction:
Kristine Marcy, Field McConnell’s sister, surrendered herself to Federal authorities. It was not revealed to which authority today.) Field McConnell’s sister surrendered in the battle between brother and sister. This author made a factual error, it is unknown to this author where Kristine is or her status. If you do not know what Able Danger is, who Field McConnell or Kristine Marcy are, may we suggest:
“Hold on to your butts, it’s gonna be a bumpy ride.”
Able Danger is an international network of citizen crime scene investigators, videographers, writers, and well…seriously fun people. Patriots all in their respective countries including but not limited to; United States, Great Britain and Canada. Many at large members, associates and agents are diciples of Christ and Field McConnell ensures all the endeavors are bathed in prayer. It is not unusual for McConnell to interrupt a broadcast and offer prayer for someone at the drop of a hat.
Field McConnell is an USAF Pilot, (Ret) and retired civilian pilot with 23,000 combined flying hours. He is also an acknowledged expert on all things flight, aircraft and related technology; he is simply put, the real deal.
Kristine Marcy; sister. If McConnell is the real deal, Marcy is the…counterfit? It is difficult to describe her without venting one’s spleen. She may be responsible for more collective damage to more average citizens than even Hillary Clinton. Hard to believe and only God knows the answer to that question.
What has she done that would cause a spleen to be vented?
A little background, a necessary evil as you will see. During the Carter administration, reforms to the Civil Rights Act of 1964 titled, “Civil Service Reforms Act of 1978” were written and passed into law to be enacted in 1979. The beginning of Title IV of this act reads.
TITLE IV– SENIOR EXECUTIVE SERVICE
Sec. 401. (a) Chapter 21 of title 5, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 2101 the following new section:
Section 2101a. The Senior Executive Service
” The ‘ Senior Executive Service’ consists of Senior Executive Service positions (as defined in section 3132(a)(2) of this title).”.
” Section 3132. Definitions and exclusions
“(a) For the purpose of this subchapter–,
“(1) ‘agency’ means an Executive agency, except a Government corporation and the General Accounting Office, but does not include–,
“(A) any agency or unit thereof excluded from coverage by the President under subsection (c) of this section; or
“(B) the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Central Intelligence Agency, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, as determined by the President, an Executive agency, or unit thereof, whose principal function is the conduct of foreign intelligence or counterintelligence activities;
“(2) ‘ Senior Executive Service position’ means any position in an agency which is in GS-16, 17, or 18 of the General Schedule or in level IV or V of the Executive Schedule… and so on [see links below]
And…So what? In a nutshell, the Senior Executive Service is within the Executive Branch purview but is a by-invitation-only job classification of sorts. If employed and titled as such, the individual was neither an elected official, nor a Presidential appointment. These individuals were recruited by employment experience and reputation from both public and private sector by Kristine Marcy, President/Founder, other SES leadership and serve at the pleasure of SES leadership. These positions had the potential to be lifetime positions, even if one was moved from one department or role, to another. We the taxpayers, paid their salaries. All nine thousand plus members.
The Civil Service Reform Act effectively did away with the Civil Services; their function and duties were redistributed to Office of Personnel Management (OPM), the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) and the Senior Executive Service (SES). In September 1979 then President Carter called the SES the “keystone of the Civil Service Reform Act.” Keystone?
In a statement to Congress in 2016 we read the following,
“By law, the appointment or removal” of SES positions “shall not be subject, directly or indirectly to review or approval by an officer or entity within the Executive Office of the President.”
Re-read it. not subject to the Executive Office of the President. So for 37 years at the time of that statement, the taxpayers were paying the salaries of these members of the SES and no one supervises them, nor can we get rid of them. They flow in and out of government to private sector and back again. They slot in the spot between career government employees and the politically appointed Directors of fill-in-the-blank Department. They are Executive managers, for want of a clearer description. And their CEO, The President of the United States or his designee(s) have zero input into what these SES managers say or do in the name of the United States of America. Kristine Marcy was one, until a day or so, ago.
Still waiting for What did she do?
On February 28, 1993 the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms raided the Branch Davidian Compound, Waco TX, armed with an arrest warrant for Koresh. A delivery man accidentally dropped a package discovering it contained grenades and alerted authorities, so the story goes. The raid failed, leading to a fifty one day standoff. On April 19, 1993 Attorney General Janet Reno ordered the ATF to end the standoff by force. And Kristine Marcy worked for Janet Reno as Deputy Associate Attorney General, Department of Justice.
To speed things up, (or not) below is the text of Brief #57 addressed to Chief of Staff General Kelley from Field McConnell dated August 10, 2017…

The Honorable John F. Kelly
White House Chief of Staff
Washington, D.C. 20528
Open letter from the Cloud Centric Crime Scene Investigators of Abel Danger
August 10, 2017
Dear General Kelly:
Please accept Brief 57 from Field McConnell – United States Marine and Global Operations Director of Abel Danger (AD) – on former U.S. President Bill Clinton’s January 2001 pardon of Raytheon director John Deutch, where the two men appear to be two of thousands of victims of blackmail by pedophile operatives of Serco‘s Demon face-recognition software.
McConnell believes that the disgraced and pardoned former CIA director Deutch procured a bridging loan from McConnell’s sibling Kristine Marcy, the founder of the U.S. Senior Executive Service and author of the DOD’s accelerated mentor-protégé loan guarantee program, to finance modifications to Raytheon A-3 SkyWarriors for their participation in the 9/11 attacks in Washington, D.C. during the Global Guardian exercise of 10-12 September 2001.
McConnell also believes that Deutch’s unwitting Raytheon colleagues equipped the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet with Websense identification friend or foe (IFF) filters which allegedly allowed the shareholders of Serco, the world’s largest air traffic controller, to stand down the Pentagon’s defenses against an A-3 target-penetrating aerial bomb (US 6276277 B1) and kill the entire chain of command in the Office of Naval Intelligence in the U.S. Navy Command Center on 9/11.
You are quoted as telling White House staff that you expect them to “put country first, the president second, and their own needs and priorities last” and that you have warned them “Even if it may seem innocuous to pass along some bit of classified information to someone without a clearance it’s a crime.”
McConnell believes that he and his Marine Corps colleagues including yourself and Robert Mueller will need witness protection if they are to reveal classified information showing how Serco‘s shareholders, including the UK government and Marcy’s SES used Demon software, Websense IFF and the Navy/Marine Corps Intranet to conceal an attempted coup d’état on 9/11.

Field McConnell and his investigative partner, David Hawkins have published publicly for a dozen years the findings of their research. Field McConnell has sent Chief of Staff General Kelly 237 briefs regarding the activities of various government and corporate entities with proofs, to date.
Excerpted from today’s brief #237,
With this, the 237th Kelly public briefing, we have given ample opportunities for Con Air Marcy and Serco agents to rebut our allegations of fraud upon patentees registered at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office including Blackberry, Northwestern University, Qinetiq North America, the US Secretary of Navy, Howard Lutnick, Tencent (BVI), Motorola, Nortel, Boeing, ITT Exelis (HQ in WTC#7!), and their extorted roles in assassinations, murder for hire and mass-casualty events.
We now ask you to have McConnell’s sister Kristine “Con Air” Marcy; the two Serco directors Dr. Pamela “Phantom Works” Drew and Maureen “Back Door” Baginski; Bernardine “Torture Paradigms & Practice” Dohrn and Steve “QinetiQ Fake News” Wadey, questioned in re fake news, media plays and spoliation of evidence of body-count betting on the federal bridge and have former Marine Corps Captain, Oliver ‘Buck’ Revell charged in the appropriate court under 18 U.S.C. § 2382 – Misprision of treason or 18 U.S.C. § 1958 – Murder-for-hire.
Confused? You should be, and outraged, unless you like Field McConnell, David Hawkins, Abel Danger investigators, and many, many others have been watching and digging into information other than main stream media.
It is as now 12:50 pm Tuesday March 20, 2018; it took that long to fact check and format links to the information cited. Now, you cannot say you did not know. All of this and much more was hinted at on this website in December, 2017.
This information has been corroborated by multiple sources, investigating multiple facets of treason, sedition and gross misappropriation of taxpayer funds and horrific acts of violence. Field McConnell testified to Abel Danger yesterday afternoon he has received 3,200 communications from SES affiliated individuals expressing sorrow, regret, ignorance of the true nature of the SES. That is ONE THIRD of the SES payroll as noted above. Was Kristine Marcy one of the minority who contacted Field? Sadly, despite Field having heard from her recently, we believe not. We along with Field and his beloved Denise, leave Kristine Marcy to her Creator.

Update April 15, 2018 9:10 pm: Crowdsource the Truth(2) published an interview with “Warsaw Kevin” titled ” Warsaw Kevin Declares War on Abel Danger – Disinformation War Rages On.” Mr Warsaw or Mr Kevin alleged David Hawkins of AbelDanger.org was not being honest regarding Kristine Marcy’s role as a founding member of Senior Executive Service, an organization created by the Civil Service reforms of 1978.(see citations above).
Jn14 of Halieus Media could not continue to watch Crowdsource the Truth knowing this is false. Warsaw Kevin cited screenshots of the Wikipedia entry in which there is no mention of Kristine Marcy’s role because it was edited after January 4, 2018 and additionally about 5 hours ago, today. However, there IS evidence she was listed:
This screenshot clearly shows Kristine Marcy listed on the Senior Executive Service Wikipedia entry as of January 4, 2018. It can be viewed on archive.fo.
Additionally, George Webb did his research correctly on this point; he found the Wikipedia entry for Senior Exectutive Service with Kristine Marcy’s name as shown above. However, as demonstrated in Jason Goodman’s interview, Wikipedia is not a reliable source. The only thing it is good for is a jumping off place. Researchers worth their salt never cite Wikipeida.
Halieus Media in no way holds Jason Goodman responsible for what transpired. In fact we respect Jason Goodman for contacting Abel Danger and interviewing both Field McConnell and David Hawkins today. The interview was shoehorned in on a very busy schedule and we thank Jason for going the extra mile on behalf of Abel Danger.
